"Accustomed to a comfortable life in Atlanta, Dr. Gary Stillwagon's life changed when visiting Ukraine and seeing kids living in gangs in underground sewers, and an orphanage with not even any plumbing. He dipped into his own money to buy the materials, and local people dug the lines, for water and equipment to bring clean, hot water and toilets to the school."
