  1. Does anyone else think it has more to do with people slowing down to save gas? Glendale, Arizona had (or still does) a local campaign with the slogans “faster crashes, harder” and ‘seat belts save lives”. They experienced a significant drop in accidents and fatal accidents. Hmmm…
