The Seven Hills Jeep Club has volunteered its wheels to shuttle back and forth from work the nurses, who are always needed in the Lynchburg, Virginia hospitals, even in the midst of an East Coast blizzard.

The jeeps will be available with driving services until the snowfall subsides this weekend.
