football player James-Michael Johnson300 turkeys meant for struggling families were stolen from a homeless shelter in Fairfield, CA.

Hearing the sad news from his hometown, Kansas City Chiefs linebacker James-Michael Johnson stepped up to help replace the thousands of dollars worth of poultry.

Mission Solano had planned to collect nearly 1,000 turkeys to serve the homeless in the area.
