I think whoever is doing this has a wonderful heart and truly has the Christmas Spirit. . It seems that this person is trying to bring Christmas cheer to everyone and putting the Grinches to rest…….I love this story…..many thanks to whomever is making the world a little brighter. Maybe the motorists will slow down and take a moment to cherish the colorful sights and not speed down the parkway.
