Christian Bale answered the Bat-signal this week for a 4-year-old cancer patient who wished to meet his hero.
Jayden Barber wanted to meet the real "Batman," so friends and family organized a Facebook page in hopes of attracting Bale's attention. The 38-year-old actor answered the call and earlier this week flew Jayden and his entire family out to Disneyland for an intimate lunch.
“The entire interaction was like old friends having lunch. Jayden did not get star struck but was well aware of who we were with!” Charlene Barber wrote on her son’s Facebook page: “They talked movies and super Heros an he was genuinely happy to hear about everything Jayden wanted to tell him. Christian, his wife and daughter are three of the most beautiful people we have ever met! Christian made these arrangements for us personally and ensured we were treated like royalty.
