Volvo 196 via Classicroad.comIrvin Gordon expects his odometer to turn over on three million miles this year as his spiffy 1966 red Volvo -- like the Energizer bunny -- keeps going, and going.

The retired school teacher from Bay Shore, New York purchased the sporty P1800S when it was new and has since driven as many road miles as it would take to make nearly 1,200 trips around the globe at the Equator.

Countless road trips around the United States earned for his little red car the Guinness Book of World Records title for High Mileage Vehicle in 2002, when it passed 1.6 million miles.

I am just getting into the swing of things after some health concerns. Reading your site daily in the past few months was important for me and a great resource. I am back in fine form, and your site really helps me stay positive and focused on my business. It's exactly the type of effective positive strategy I teach in my seminars.
