As restaurants compete for customers in a cash-strapped economy, the SAME cafe in Denver has doubled its business since the recession. The reason is that there are no prices on the menus, just a “Pay what you can” philosophy.
If you can’t afford to pay at all for the largely organic, homemade food, you can volunteer to wipe tables, weed the garden or wash dishes. Many people are inspired to pay extra at the SAME cafe “So All Might Eat”.
