There’s snow better time to be outside than now – take it from Tian Tian the panda in Washington D.C..
The Smithsonian National Zoo released video of their resident panda frolicking in the newly fallen snow that has blitzed the East Coast.
The thirty second clip of a 264-pound animal rolling around in the white powder has scored over 16 million views since it’s publication this morning on Facebook.
