    Thanks for this information on happiness and this the site to make it happen.

    I just wrote a new One Minute Motivator that people could modify to help them focus on being happy. Here it is:
    “Use passwords to “login” to success. Make your password a phrase that reinforces the self-image you are working towards for yourself. For instance, if you are focusing on building wealth, your password might be “wealthy”, or if you are focusing on losing weight, your password might be “slim”, etc. This way every time you login in you are reminding yourself of the person you want to be, and it will speed your progress. ”

    So to use this concept to help focus on happiness, one could use a login name such as happiness, or smile, etc.
