Batman may have been a superhero, but he didn’t utilize the abilities of a bat, like this blind man does.
Daniel Kish rides his bike around corners, down busy streets, and stops at passing cars – all while not being able to see where he’s going.

That’s because Daniel uses echo location–much like a bat–as a sonar system to “see” where he’s going.
The cyclist will make clicking sounds with his mouth that will bounce off obstacles in his way, allowing him to peddle safely around dangers.
