Unfortunately, the GNN app for some Apple devices is not working properly after our latest update on October 31. We are getting reports from some iOS users that the app does not have the latest stories from the last few days—and I hate to say it, but THIS blog post won’t reach them, unless they look at the website!
UPDATE FROM MOBILOUD, Our App Designers:
Our team has prepared an update (for) your app, and a test build has been submitted so we can perform some internal testing and make sure everything works correctly. We will let you know as soon as we have more details on the results within the next 24 hours.
Another issue we are having began on Friday with password merry-go-rounds when users of our website were choosing or trying to change a password. Use our contact form if you want us to add a password for you, because that is still possible.
We have different people working on both these issues and hope to resolve them shortly.
And, keep an eye on our website for GNN’s debut book which is going on sale in December! We are so excited because people are going to LOVE it!
