Cute 3-Legged Bear Splashes in His Pool to Beat the Heat

Mack may only have three legs, but that doesn’t stop him from having fun.

Mack was reportedly found wandering around Claremont, California with his leg partially amputated from a hunting trap. When rescuers determined that he had been orphaned, he was taken in for care and protection.

His new enclosure with the Performing Animal Wildlife Society (PAWS) has been specially made with his disability in mind.

Mack’s favorite part of his new home, however, is definitely the pool.

When temperatures in California got particularly scorching this week, PAWS posted a video of Mack’s summertime fun, much to the delight of the internet.

Around two and a half minutes into the clip, Mack gets especially rambunctious.
