Venezuela has become a hotbed of young classical music talent thanks to a system the country has in place that lets youth of all backgrounds get their hands on precious instruments.
It’s called “el Sistema” – “the system” – and it’s all about children, about saving them – hundreds of thousands of children – through classical music.
