  1. I just tried this instead of my normal walking routine — because I would certainly like to lose some belly fat! — and it was both exhilerating… and relaxing, … exhilerating… and relaxing…

    It was great and I recommend to all walkers who want more to show for their walks
    Now, if I can only get myself to walk consistently more than once a week…
