Exercising in Your 70’s May Stop Brain Shrinkage

Seniors who were physically active had less brain shrinkage over a three-year period.

But exercise did not have to be strenuous – going for a walk several times a week sufficed, the journal Neurology says.

Luckily, the report arrived early in the morning and they were able to reach the scene quickly, before the herders arrived to water their cattle.

The happy reunion was caught on video after the calf was finally pulled out of the hole and led over the plain to its worried mother.
