We want to officially announce that GNN co-owner Anthony Samadani has launched the website for a cool product he introduced in 2018—the Within Good bracelet, a daily reminder that doing good is a way to stay connected with the spirit that inspires within all.
May May Ali (Muhammad Ali’s eldest daughter, who has co-hosted our Facebook LIVE Within Good shows in the past) has partnered with Anthony to produce the bracelet, the first product in the Within Good ‘wearable reminder’ line of apparel that pledges a whopping 50% of all net profits to be donated to charity. GNN readers get a 10% discount, too.
In one simple design concept for people of all backgrounds, the handsome bracelet displays ‘Within Good’ on the outside, while on the inside is printed, ‘There is God’—a pure message that no matter what you’re going through, you can always do a good deed, and that spirit of love, known to many as God, manifests in those actions.
Company co-founders Anthony and May May stress that ‘Within Good’ is not intended to be a religious bracelet. One of the reasons why the ‘God’ reference appears on the inside of the bracelet, is because it is personal to the wearer. Their concept was to go back to the basics of doing good for yourself and others:
“At the end of the day, God symbolizes peace, love, harmony, perfection, happiness, serenity, connectedness, purpose, and any other word that makes you feel GOOD”.
Over many months, the logo evolved into an infinity symbol represented by the double “o” in Good and interlocking with the G and D. The rope symbolizes strength, and a strong connection between Good and God, which is always inside us.
The unisex bracelets feature casual, yet classy, styling and are made of nylon wax rope and zinc alloy, with silver plating. The company had already received rave reviews after their first few sales.
“Within GOoD is my go-to accessory this summer… I absolutely love it.” – Marjie S
“I received my bracelet and couldn’t be happier with it! I absolutely love the message and plan on wearing it every day. Today was my first day and every time I looked at it, it was a reminder to me that there still is good in the world, and it inspires me to spread the goodness through my actions, as well.” – Mandy R.
With each purchase of a bracelet, half of the net profit will be distributed to charities that provide the four things most of us take for granted: food, water, shelter, and clothing.
The retail price is $29.99 but GNN readers get a 10% discount, on top of that, bringing the price to $26.00 (with only California residents paying tax).
Please keep these bracelets in mind when gift shopping for friends and family this holiday season! They can offer a beautiful reminder to create GOOD every day, and the effects ripple will out into the world. In the future, you can find the bracelet on our Good Gifts page in the top menu of our homepage.
