It’s not hard to sea why Cesar Espino is a hero after viewing a video of him diving into the ocean’s depths to cut fishing line free from a Byrde whale.
Filmed off the coast of the Canary Islands in Spain, Cesar only took breaks from the hour-long rescue in order to breath.
Once the 45-foot-long mammal’s fins and mouth were freed, Mr. Espino trailed after the creature, making sure it would be safe.
