Tayeb Soumani is a good man who will go back to the grocery store just so he can return some expensive orange juice for his wife – and because of that, he was rewarded with $183 million.
Soumani is a naturalized US citizen who has lived in New Jersey since the 90’s. Up until last month, he had been working as an accountant for a food company.
Then his wife asked him to return some orange juice at Shop Rite because it wasn’t on sale. While he was out at the store, he bought two Powerball tickets.
The smiling father-of-two told news reporters about the fateful string of events that led to his multi-million dollar payout and his retirement.
“I love orange juice now!” he said, laughing.
