This hungry little joey’s patience is wearing thin.

The little guy is a resident of The Kangaroo Sanctuary Alice Springs, created by Chris ‘Brolga’ Barns in 2005 to care for orphaned baby kangaroos.

Barns was nominated for “Australian of the Year” in 2014 for his work to rescue the country’s iconic animals. He has written a book called Kangaroo Dundee, which is also the title of a BBC Documentary about his hopping-good works.
