Ross Henderson doesn’t just care for his patients’ physical health – he cares for their feelings too.

Ross is a veterinarian at the Fox Hollow Animal Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado. He’s also a part-time musician with a guitar always at his side.

The animal doctor decided to combine his two talents and soothe the nerves of resident pups with his music.

In a video that has already been shared thousands of times, Ross can be seen singing Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Stop Fallin’ In Love” to Ruby, one of the shelter’s more anxious dogs.

Soothed by the singer’s sweet crooning, Ruby curls up and falls asleep in his lap – and it’s pawsitively adorable.
