Prince passed away on April 21st at the age of 57 at his Minneapolis, Minnesota compound after suffering flu-like symptoms the previous weeks. Many musicians and TV shows have paid tribute to the artist since his death, including a revival-inspired performance on Broadway by Jennifer Hudson and her cast from The Color Purple—but Springsteen’s mournful voice made this one of the most memorable.
