Georgia’s Official Pay it Forward Day Engages Students in Random Acts of Kindness

Act In Kindness project Tillamook, OregonWednesday was Georgia’s Random Acts of Kindness Day declared by Gov. Nathan Deal. And a middle school teacher wanted to instill in her students the importance of the practice and how helping others can come back to them in rewarding ways.

After reading “Pay it Forward” by Katherine Ryan Hyde, middle school students in the town of Rome have been going around the school, educating their peers about doing Random Acts of Kindness and what it means to pay it forward.
